重型液壓打包機(jī)使用說明：
本廠金屬液壓打包機(jī)使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為40A，安裝時要有接地保護(hù)，電機(jī)要根據(jù)所示方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)才能啟用，否則不能啟動。油箱加入液壓油方可啟動使用。但當(dāng)氣溫降低時液壓油濃度大，機(jī)內(nèi)的濾清器不能起到過濾作用，這時必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復(fù)后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應(yīng)每月清洗1-2次）。
       溢流筏-控制該機(jī)的壓力開關(guān),旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)壓手轉(zhuǎn)向右轉(zhuǎn)為增壓，向左轉(zhuǎn)為減壓，出廠前已調(diào)整好壓力。但在使用過程中調(diào)壓手輪可能有變位現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致壓力升高或降低，這時需要生新調(diào)節(jié)壓力，調(diào)壓時應(yīng)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中進(jìn)行，同時把壓板降至*低位置，調(diào)整溢流筏的調(diào)壓手輪，調(diào)整壓力不能高于或低于壓力表所示的范圍，壓力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁桿-增強(qiáng)壓的剛性和起導(dǎo)向作用，每次使用前應(yīng)加油，起潤滑作用。
      行程開關(guān)-控制該機(jī)的啟動和停止的作用，因此要經(jīng)常檢查、維修、保養(yǎng)。手動轉(zhuǎn)向閥-控制壓板向上向下，停止的開關(guān)。
      1、手動轉(zhuǎn)向閥打向下檔位時壓板自動向下工作，當(dāng)廢紙壓到結(jié)實(shí)狀態(tài)時，那阻力大于壓力：壓板不能再向下壓，應(yīng)把手動轉(zhuǎn)向閥打向空檔位置，停止加壓，如果長期處于加壓狀態(tài)，會導(dǎo)致液壓，電機(jī)、油泵長時間處于超負(fù)荷狀態(tài)而使各機(jī)件損壞。
     2、手動轉(zhuǎn)向閥打向升檔位置，壓板自動向上升到*高的位置，由行程開關(guān)控制自停，這時應(yīng)把手動轉(zhuǎn)向空檔位置。完成一個工作程序
